Dr. Ilan Suliman, the founder and owner of the company, has over 15 years of experience in the Israeli electricity sector. He has previously worked as a professional advisor to the Israeli Minister of Energy and as Deputy Chairman of the Israeli Public Utility Authority for Electricity (the regulator of the Israeli electricity sector). In this position he was involved in all aspects of regulation. Among the major projects in which he was involved: the inter-ministerial committee for structural reform of the electricity sector, the committee for regulating energy sector emissions, and development of the methodology for setting electricity tariffs. In his last years at the PUA he led the efforts to introduce renewable energy generation into the Israeli electricity sector. Dr. Suliman holds a PhD. in public policy from Bar Ilan University.
