Innovation in Electricity & Energy

  The association invites the companies to participate in the exhibition/display at the "Innovation in Electricity and Energy" conference which will be held on Wednesday and Thursday June 19-20, 2024 in the Kfar Maccabiah Hotel, Ramat Gan.
  This is the first professional conference of the association that brings innovation in the fields of electricity and energy in Israel. We expect about 600 participants, professionals, scientists, entrepreneurs, engineers and executives of the electricity and energy industry, and all the decision makers in the field.
The convention program will include about 12 parallel sessions and plenary sessions in which professional lectures will be presented that will bring the latest innovations in electrical engineering, energy and air conditioning.
Next to the conference there will be a professional exhibition where various companies will present advanced equipment, new products, developments and innovative technologies.
A combination of an extensive professional program and an innovation exhibition, gives the conference attendees a professional/social event for those involved in electrical engineering, energy and air conditioning.
 

   Exhibition schedules:

• Wednesday June 19, 2024 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

• Thursday June 20, 2024 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

  Set-up and tear-down times (final times will be determined before the conference):
      Tuesday, June 18, 2024 - Exhibition setup
      Thursday, June 20, 2024 - liquidations (starting at 5:00 p.m.)
The order of the constructions will be determined according to schedules that will be defined ahead of time.
     
      Please note:

•  It will not be allowed to bring in equipment and/or advertising materials on the days of the conference that interfere with the holding of the exhibition.

•  It will not be possible to dismantle displays and remove equipment without permission.

   
    Display options
You can participate as an exhibitor in the exhibition in one or more of the display options:
        1. Built exhibition space - 3 2x  m or multiples.
        2. Display table.

•   Approval of the pavilion construction is the exhibitor's responsibility

• GodWork in the conference areas is subject to work safety procedures for suppliers in the hall area that will be distributed before the conference.

   
   Choosing a location at the exhibition and payment terms
The steering committee of the association will confirm to the companies their location according to the order of registration. in order to secure their location,
The companies are asked to hand over the signed and certified commitment. After receiving the commitment and request for the allocation of the requested area,
The committee will examine the request and approve according to the availability of the areas.
A company that orders a space will be obliged to transfer an advance of 10% of the commitment no later than one month after ordering the space.
In the event that the conference does not take place due to government directives, the funds will be returned to the companies in full. A company that ordered space
and decided to cancel her participation in the exhibition by 05/15/24, she will receive a full refund of the deposit, after this date the deposit will not be refunded. The remaining payment for the ordered area will be paid by 06/15/24.
