Submission of abstracts

An article summary will be submitted online as shown below. The abstract will be presented in Hebrew or English and will contain up to 350 words, where the lecture will be presented in Hebrew and English and will not exceed 60 characters in any language. You can copy / paste from an MS Word file or type it in the space provided in the online form. Submission of a summary will be accompanied by contact details with the submitter (telephone number and e-mail). In the conference program, each lecturer will be given the name of the presenter only.

 

In addition:

  • Summary of the article presenter.

  • Digital image (JPEG / PNG format in high resolution) of the article presenter.
     

The presenter will mark the main topic, from the list of topics, to which the abstract is submitted.

An abstract not submitted online, sent by fax or regular mail, will not be accepted.

 

Upon submission of the abstract, a receipt will be sent  by e-mail. The program committee will conduct an initial review of the abstracts to be submitted according to the schedule detailed below.

Submission of articles

An article can be submitted after receiving the abstract placement approval by the Program Committee using an online form (according to the instructions attached to the abstract approval) and according to the schedules listed below.

 The article will be written in Hebrew or English. Will be submitted in MS Word format on an A4 page with a 25 mm margin on the four sides of the page. The texts will be written in Arial font, 12 points in size and with a single line spacing. Articles submitted in Hebrew should indicate the title and author's name in English as well.

​​Submission of the article constitutes an obligation to present it at the conference if accepted. You must submit an article to register as a conference participant. Presenting an article at the conference constitutes consent to the publication of the article on the conference website and in the association's newsletter.

 Make sure that the images attached to the article do not infringe copyright and that the author has a distribution right in the media (printed or online). The Association shall not be liable for any copyright infringement.

Presentation

The conference presentation must be submitted after receiving approval for the lecture placement in the conference program using an online form (according to the instructions attached to the abstract) and according to the schedules listed below.

The presentation will be attached to the conference website and the author must make sure that the material presented, including photos, does not infringe copyright, the exhibitors have received permission to use the material and in case credit is required at the request of the rights holders. The Association shall not be liable for any copyright infringement.

Duration of the lecture at the conference: 20 minutes (which include: the lecture itself, questions and answers)

  • Receipt of the abstract by the program committee is an initial proposal to be included in the conference program.

  • The placement of the lecture in the conference program is conditional on the registration of the lecturer for the conference and is also conditional on the number of additional abstracts submitted on the same topic, so that a suitable session can be opened.

  • Receipt of a summary allows submission of a presentation and / or publication on the conference website, in the brochures and on the association's websites.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, a "received" notice does not constitute an undertaking by the Conference Committees to include the lecture in the technical program of the Conference and / or in a particular session.
